The FLX mobile studio allows us to deliver assisted stretch services to anywhere in the UK including outside of the personal training environment.
Many people who can benefit from assisted stretch either don’t go to a studio or gym or don’t have the time to fit it in their schedule.
In line with our mission to ensure assisted stretch can reach and benefit as many people in the UK as possible, we set up the FLX mobile studio.
Led by our Co-founder Ben, alongside a team of FLX certified professionals, we take on any size of stretch assignment; from a single person to sports teams and large groups of employees, we can create a relaxing, private space to deliver the benefits of assisted stretch wherever it’s needed.

As FLX co-founder and owner of BodyPro personal training, Ben is an expert in assisted stretch and leads our mobile studio, delivering stretches to individuals, businesses, sportspeople and professional athletes with a team of FLX certified professionals.
Having developed the first CIMSPA accredited course in the UK, Ben has a deep understanding of assisted stretch, combined with nearly 20 years in running a personal training studio and managing a team of skilled personal trainers.
As a sponsored ultra-marathon athlete, Ben also knows what it’s like to push the limits of the body and mind and knows first-hand the benefits of assisted stretch for recovery, injury prevention and improving physical performance.
